If HTC made our phones more reliable and used better parts I would not have gone though 5 HTC Touch Pros. And I would not have had to pay all this money to upgrade to the same phone with a bigger screen and a bigger keyboard... A keyboard that allows you to use proper gramar.
I paid lots of money for this phone and I pay a monthly premium for TEP... If ANYTHING (total) goes wrong with this phone I'm all over the Sprint store and if it goes wrong within the first year, I pay no deductible.
