Search this forum for "resproxy". To turn it off you can set these:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\ResProxy]
"ShareMemSize"=dword:00000000
"MaxShareMemSize"=dword:00000000
but search on the term first so you understand what's going on.
