For me, after two weeks and a now, barely functioning refurbished TP replacement, on Monday, a manager from a store I didn't visit (closer to my house) informed me that they were ordering me a TP2 to replace my TP. Executive Customer Care called me Tuesday to confirm that the TP2 would be in the store today. I went to the store Executive Customer Care told me to go to and after a few phone calls, they said that Executive Customer Care had had the TP2 sent to the other store closer to my home and I'll pick it up on my way home.
IF it's there. We'll see.
