Do you even get a light putting it on charge for a few seconds...? My mogul did this, but I put it on charge for a bit and it worked after awhile. Threw it into bootloader, and flashed. If it's completely dead, I don't think I would worry too much about the flash, because how would they check it? Sorry I wasn't much help. Hope you get it resolved.
