In the theme you have there, you place all the files + folders in the GFX folder (found in Program Files\S2U2 ) allowing them to over-write the existing files. I usually do this on a PC and save the original GFX folder to the PC (just in case).

As for the Verizon part, install Personalizer, that will allow you to change it to whatever you like (it is in here, a quick search will find it).
