Edit: I think I found a temporary fix until they fix the problem. Just add mgr_dl.php between the "/" and the "?" of a MU address, and it should work. I guess I need to paste this on a notepad somewhere.

Here is another tip as well. you can maunally do it by adding mgr_dl.php in between /? in the url for instance EXAMPLE **
