Sorry, should have mentioned that is for 4GB and greater cards. I haven't used a small card in a long time. If you are using the included 1GB card, your most logical choices would be 4096 or 8192 (at that size, 16K and greater block size won't work because you need > 65526 clusters for FAT32). Probably would be the same performance for either setting, but feel free to test if you are curious.
