google.lnk is a file that is link to goggle.exe somewhere on your device. These can build up in the central database called the registry and somewhat slow your device down if they are not cleaned from time to time. but usually this is a must clean in PCs. since ClearTemp is a cleaner it Deletes this file all the time. you can delete this file manually but once you launch Google it gets made again... LOL
