I will chime in here as well. I had a Treo that I loved and waited over a year hoping that Verizon would get the Pro, gave up and went to Sprint to test it out. A couple of you above have mentioned difficulty with the keypad due to large fingers, well, I have small fingers and didn't like it, so I got the Intrepid. As others have mentioned as well it does have some annoying glitches but not enough for me to trade it in for a phone that I won't like, and I did my homework. I'm just hoping that Samsung gets it together and puts out an update. I did find that downloading SPB Shell has made the phone so much more fun and functional.
