HHC is an app that lets you customize you today screen. You can change the icons, clock and and tabs on your HTC Home plug in. Download here
http://www.pocketemu.com/hhc-info.html and install like any other app. Open it up and from there it's pretty self explanatory. Here's a screenshot of my today, I used HHC to change the icons to iPhone icons, the clock and change my tabs from the original Sprint tabs to personal ones.
