Every so often the TouchFlo3D Image cache get screwed up and displays the incorrect thumbnail for the picture. No app to fix it, but you can manually (however it'll happen again over time). To do so, use whatever file explorer you have (I use Resco) and goto:

My Device\Application Data\HTC\HTC ALBUM\Cache

There will be a few files in there. Select them all and delete.

The next time you goto your album it'll take a little longer to load, as it's generating new thumbnails... but it should work just fine.

I clear mine every 2-3 weeks (along with other housekeeping tasks) as a matter of habit.
