EDIT: I flashed to 23504 nov 10 man 2.1. Was able to send video message and receive. Make sure you do, New video message, if you select pic message you cant select videos.

i can send them with no problem its just receiving them the message is 4 seconds long and it is not a video it is a qcp file or jpeg file.
could it be because i am running 21864 havent tested receiving on the nov 14 but will test shortly because it works dor you on 23504 so maybe its with the 21864 build?
