if youre talking about the launcher just click on the "x" in the bottom right and itll remove the program. click on it again, and then when you click on the empty spot itll have you reassign a shortcut.
if youre talking about the htc home sprint i believe youll need to remap it in the registry, though i cannot tell you where. since music and tv is in the cube i added the two albums to my launcher and replaced the htc home sprint plugin with the wls plugin to save some real estate
