My 6700 still works great and it's just the way I want it with the WM6 kitchen. My problem is the rubber fell out of the joystick and it's really a lot tougher to use without it (and looks terrible).
Any chance Sprint has an extra rubber piece? If not, am I stuck or do you think that's enough to justify getting a replacement? I pay the $7.00 for the insurance every month. Don't care if I get a different 6700 or a 6800, I just hate the look and functionality without the rubber piece.
