was told to take the battery out for 12 hours as it takes the network that long to refresh it self. Been doing this every night and still no fix. I keeping putting my user name and password in for the data connection just like Telus rep told me to and no change.

try this
Pull the battery for 15 min. this will cause the network to drop your phone. then replace it. boot and dial *22803 then dial 1 for English and then 1 again for provisioning.
see if that works. they may have already fixed ur issues but if u don't pull the battery it wont take. ur phone has to drop off the network so it can be reset on there end.
