Hey guys,

Maybe someone can help me. I have a HTC Touch, and I recently cracked the screen. I have a really great deal with a 10 phone plan and really do not want to lose it. I have been told that I cannot get a new phone rebate or even activate a new Hero or Pre without upgrading my plan. Is this true? Any ideads as to sidestep this issue???
