Re: How do I take screenshots?

I use a program called spb screenshot. It's freeware, I've attached the cab.
It works pretty well, you basically set a timer and go to the screen you want to capture and the screen blinks (don't worry you'll notice it) when it's taken the capture. I hope that's what you were looking for.

Edit: it saves the screenshots as picture files in your my documents folder, and you can send them just like any other pic file.
