If the contact app is installed as an .apk then you could get it and install it on the Moment, or any other Android device. I'm not sure how well it would work but you should be able to at least install it. If it's not available as an .apk and is integrated into SenseUI then you'll probably have to wait for it to get rooted and a custom rom made with SenseUI built in.
