the only thing i wanted to mention was about the 12 widgets on the home tab. only 9 of them seem functional. I will do a quick search to see if i'm the only having the issue, but I did capture the issue in the video, feel free to check it out!

Go to HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\Home I used total commander and created folder 10,11, and 12. Went into folder 1 (it doesn't matter) copied the contents to clipboard. Went into each folder 10,11, 12 and pasted the contents. Reboot the phone went to menu and click remove quicklinks pick 10,11, 12. then you can change them to anything you want. Backed up that registery keys in Sashimi and all done forever.
