Or, just click that little icon with the lock picture in the start menu, and then click the setup shortcut, and deselect the options you don't want.

I dunno if they'll work together well or not, but I'll see. Animated weather works by itself, and sometimes with a picture selected, but it is more buggy with a picture selected.
