Well i recieved my repalcement today it was another touch pro and not to my surprise its a refurb and its was frozen on the green screen, he said he would send me a new comparable repalcement which includes, blackberry curve, black berry tour or a palm treo pro, i said they were not comparable, i do not want another pro.

Then i said , i want to cancel claim because the handset i have now that is broken works better than the refurb i just recieved, i said up grade me to the newer version he said hge cannot, i said ok i am mailing you the package back you just sent.

he said we cannot cancel the claim i will send you another touch pro, i said whatever, i will call you back and waste more time on the phone with you again, he said 3rd times a charm, lol,,,, i said whatever i will be talking to you all again tomorrow. he really erked my nerves with his last comment.
