Try to attached Arcsoft cab and make some reg edits. The reg edits are HKLM/software/arcsoft/arcsoft mms ua/config/MM1/MMSCSETTING/SPRINTMMSC/ WAP1 and2 send size changed from 512000 to 5120000. PM me if you need more info.
