figured out...
what you meant by changing carrier, read in another post by Torx that you switch custom4 (for sprint), make it far left, and I make it do the cascading start and remove the startmenu, which works fine for me. Still can't figure out why the 4 icons on the bottom, phone, mail, safari, and iPod are nowhere to be found. the weird thing is, the two little red circles are there over the phone and mail icon. Anyone seen this before or know what I'm doing wrong?
