Yes, you can. It should be found under:
HKLM>Software>HTC>Biotouch>APLauncher2>App0-App7
then just edit the Path.
That's the reason I put the disclaimer "Only download if you know how to edit the registry."
As far as the program that was recently put out there, it shouldn't be too hard for him to add the 4th side reg edits, but I don't want to speak for him. He's free to do whatever he wants.
