I believe Energy Rom uses ArcsoftMMS. So you'll need to update the following registry key to increase the maximum size of MMS that is allowed:

HKLM/Software/Arcsoft/Arcsoft MMS UA/Config/MM1/MMSCSetting/SampleMMSC/
HKLM/Software/Arcsoft/Arcsoft MMS UA/Config/MM1/MMSCSetting/SampleMMSC2/

Update the values for WAP1 and WAP2 to the new max MMS size (in bytes).

Ex:
10240000 = 1 MB
20480000 = 2 MB
etc.
