The closest thing that I have found to ccleaner for the PPC is an app called ClearTemp. It is freeware and you can find it in the Software Forum in the Commonly Requested Apps Thread. You can also get it from
www.mobisapienz.com
I think it is exactly what you are looking for.
I also recommend CleanRam but it is an app for freeing up ram memory to try to eliminate a soft reset.
