Hmm, it seems that it's actually supposed under my Start Menu -> Settings folder as opposed to Start Menu -> Programs -> My Apps / Tools.
However, when I go to the Settings folder, it's completely empty... which is where I need to be to remove those extra Update PRL and Profile icons.
