Download the CDMA Black Metal fix then install that, then follow the link To Technology Paradise where you'll find the actual download link.. Then open the WM 6.5 Version folder where you'll find a cab named--

m6 Taskbar WM6.5 Black Metal V5c HTC.cab

Then hit the green arrow to the right download that, install and soft reset.
