Haha, thanks. I seem to remember I have had problems in the past with the trying to flash with the device already bootloader mode. Something about the RUU not being able to contact the device. Maybe an esoteric thing in Vista/Win7 or it could be PEBKAC (Problem exists between keyboard and chair).
