FOOTPRINTS DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY!!!

Here is what NRG had to say about it. Not sure what he did on his rom, but I'm not going to worry about it. If anything, I will remove footprints.

oh, and yes, I put transcriber back in. rom feels real good, I'm sure someone will find a bug
