Its Max Manila 2.519202525 Ulitmate v2.5. I use it and it works perfectly with the 23504 build. Not only can you have rows of 4 with a total of 16 shortcuts you can even have it so that it has rows of 5 with a total of 20 shortcuts. It incorporates a few different clocks and it also works with HDwalls so you can incorporate your own wallpaper (you must create the wallpaper with the options of working with man 2.5 and winmo 6.5, wallpapers without them will not work) which will work with the weather animations. Would you be so kind as to let me know what order you installed the cabs in? Something seemed to get messed up when I tried it.
