I think by now we all realize there is a problem. What we all need to focus on is a fix to this annoying problem. Is Verizon going to contact HTC and report the problem? From my perspective I think its a HTC issue. I think its hardware as well.

I place another ticket with Verizon yesturday. The person I spoke with told me she was aware of this situation which now give me some hope. Is Kevin aware of this thread? All the information he would ever need is sitting right here. We are not making this up either HTC fix it on a re-call or software download or give us a new device.
