When placing a call, and quickly hitting the end call soft/hard button before it starts to dial out, it not only terminates the call, but it also terminates the dialer for the next call.
The only way to actually make a call again is by soft-resetting the phone.
I had this problem with a few other ROM's before in the past, but this time around, the problem can be recreated every single time instead of just randomly as before.

Yes, let the call connect before hitting end or use the hard end key.
Works on most roms.
The problem isn't with the rom.
It is the HTC dialer.
I use the wm dialer and it does't have that issue.
