Regardless, setting the phone volume to vibrate will allow the device to vibrate when a call comes in.
What I've yet to test is...with the device volume up, and the ringer set to "vibrate only", will the device vibrate or not?
If it doesn't vibrate, I think we can start to focus in harder on the ringer volume specifically.

I have it on vib then ring. And I've encountered numerous combinations of failures. 1. simply doesn't vib or ring 2. vib but no ring 3.vib then tiny ring ....... go figure. haahahah
