HTC Sense default settings are to take you to the manila settings tab from the start menu settings icon. :P Just disable sense and go with windows phone 6.5.1 and it'll link you to all the settings.

I disagree from two points 1) Start menu Icons should function the same requardless of the UI it make s the user experiance consistant and expected behaviour is comfortable and sense 2) getting to the Sense Setting via the slider functions makes going to the start menu and then settings then back to the sense setting page a bit frustrating
In other Sense ROM's I've used this is the case so it may just be a reg setting - the more I use your rom the more it grows on me so I offer the critque in helping to make it the best for Sprint users
