I've got this thing working pretty much the way I want, and I'm not getting the sense that very many people are benefiting from this thread, so I'll be taking a bit of a break from researching unless specific needs come up. Real work beckons.  |
For some reason that particular registry edit keep changing back to its default, I use the phone then go back and check the registry it has changed back.
So far I am satisfied with the device, I like it more after the tweaks. I have a few couple other things I am trying tweak then I should be good. I think I can deal with the 2 beeps for now, no biggie.
I am trying to find what reg key to disable the outgoing alert at the sent message splash screen. You mentioned earlier that you didn't get a sound when your message has been sent. The sound I get is the "stk_call_waiting"
My current sound settings are turned on and I have programs and notification(alarms, reminders) checked off.
