With the new kitchen. Two versions ago it was there. Then with Kitchen v4.1 it wasn't, and now with kitchen v.4.2 it's back.

I've disabled most the manila, chome, "regular" programs, and have built all my own non-rom/htc components. So I figure it's something either with the SYS or something in the kitchen. v4.1 I was using wm6.5.x and didn't have that. It's seems to me one can turn it off/add it somehow.
