My function key and L actually works and displays : instead of ;. I don't know why. I have made a lot of changes to the registry and through advanced config and diamond tweak but none were keyboard related. I did make a couple of changes in Settings>Personal>Input>Options the
button on the Input Method tab
not the Options tab. I turned on Spell Correction and Word Completion(ABC) although they didn't seem to have any effect. Some time after this I noticed it was working correctly. Can someone try this and see if their function key and L work after that. Its a long shot but worth a try.
