free and open source...and virtually without any kind of real customer service (and google fan forums dont count). pretty much the hole reason linux, heck even mac, never caught on in the business world which is a huge portion of pc computing. plus if you use a pc at work you're more inclined to use a pc at home.
oh also meant to put this new google operating system will compete with -other- versions of linux and mac os...so overall i'm in support of it.
