If your phone is dialing the international number and/or giving you errors, please try this:

Go to your phone screen, press menu, then options:
Click CDMA Services tab, then plus code dialing.
Remove the "011" from the International dialing code box

FIXED! Please post if this worked for you, it definately was my problem.
