Also, for people having problems with WA3, WA2 has been stable on my device....To bad we cannot use WA3 as it had some cool features but, until the issues get worked out with the disappearing of the font with certain applications it is just not usable.

This is exactly what I need. Tell me more. Right now I have HTC Home, then under that my stock Live Search bar, then under that Pocket Sports Center.
I want to keep all that but remove the softkeys for Calander (left) and iContacts (right). I want to replace those with icons if I could. Seems you have it figured out.
I also have Vistahide Batt Gauge & Quick Menu and want to keep those.
