I was able to uninstall programs but their icons stay behind. How do I remove their now-non-working icons from the programs/folders screens?
Also, I added a shortcut to the Today page and deleted the program, and haven't figured out how to CHANGE as opposed to ADD a shortcut.

As he said below, to remove stray Start Menu icons, open up File Explorer (
Start -> Tools -> File Explorer) and then navigate to
\Windows\Start Menu\Programs and delete what you want.
For your Today page shortcut...you mean the quick shortcuts in Manila on the homescreen? Click
Menu -> Remove Quick Links... and then you should be able to remove those stray links.
Oh and hah, I don't go to vegas that much, but I'm near by it, hah.
