You should be able to uninstall a program in
Start -> Settings -> System - > Remove Programs
And if it's not in the installed program list there, then the file explorer would work...but maybe you saved it on the Storage Card, so you'd have to look in
Storage Card\Program Files. But every app should be in the Remove Programs area, anyways.
