Update: I picked up my NIB touch pro 2 today. I was still on my first TP1 but with multiple repair attempts. So =D>! So far none of the freezing that the TP1 had, feels much sturdier. Loving it so far.

I would also agree with the hints/tips that have been posted. I never mentioned the memo or showed the list to anyone, never demanded that I get a TP2, and be nice. Even when Sprint might be rude, which was the case when I spoke to a supervisor thru *2. They apparently left some nasty notes too, cause some that have looked at my account have commented on that.

And be persistent. I went to 6 stores, and the one that ordered the TP2 is an hour away from me.
