they were charging me 100 deductable for a refurb phone thats going to break on me again. i pay 7 bucks a month for insurance, and i cant even a free refurb, i have to pay 100 bucks for a refurb. that is some serious cow poop! so i decided to cancel my service and getting an iphone this friday. sprint is a ripoff. they dont care about their customers and their service sucks anyways. i was at the mall yesterday and decided to watch youtube while the wife was shopping. couldnt even connect. disappointment! i wont be having that problem anymore though cause i will be moving foward and not backwards!
