LOL, I guess I was unaware of your skillfully constructed theory that being around a forum somehow grants you magic fairy powers to insult others; I am just thankful I am able to bask in the embracing and reassuring glow of your limitless genius. I'm surprised how all the, um, experience and digital prowess working at Verizon and all (gasp!) didn't grant you the omnipotent power to solve this issue on your own?
