OK, SIPchange should work on any ROM. It's an old, tried-and-true app. You can even install it to internal storage if you want.

The TF3D as default cab was supposed to only be used in conjunction with the Titanium/TF3D toggle thingy. You would need that part too.

I have no clue about the zoom bar. Isn't that on the newer manila stuff?

I have to say, I love the Hero (especially now that the CDMA version has finally been "rooted", which is the android equivalent to HardSPL) but I was at "Fun Fun Fun Fest" here in Austin this weekend and the guy in front of me at the food line whipped out his Diamond and I admit, I felt a tinge of jealousy.

Not enough to make me go back though!
