PROS vs Imagio:
Its FAST. Noticably faster than the Imagio which was the fastest WM phone I've ever had.
Customizable 3 screen desktop is pretty cool. Unlike Touch Flo 3D which isn't.
Browser is awesome and blows away Opera and Opera Mini, not to mention IE.
I forgot how nice it was to have a keyboard. The keys are tight, but very easy to get used to. It was an adjustment on the Imagio, but compared to the i760 and the Touch Pro, its equivalent.
Speakers are really LOUD.

OBVIOUS PROS stated elswehere:
Voice activated Google search is awesome
Voice activated Google Maps with turn by turn is awesome and FREE
16GB MicroSD included FREE

EQUAL:
display is good but Imagio was good too.
size is the same as Imagio. I don't notice the weight difference.

CONS:
No dedicated call/end buttons
I have to buy android software to replace my WM software
No hacking that I know of
No cool motion graphics like the weather or 3D views of music, etc like Touch Flo
Inability to install applications on the SD card is a bummer, but installed most of my apps on the main memory for speed anyway on the Imagio
Email notifications not as clear.

DROID was so good, I returned my Imagio, I upgraded my wife's Touch Pro, and I upgraded my brother's i760. Out of the box, the experience is leagues better than any WM phone I've ever owned. Google did an awesome job designing this phone. Maybe not as compulsive as Steve Jobs iphone in certain areas like multi touch, but for verizon, the best by far.
Good feedback, after you have had it a week let us know if you are still as in love, sounds like you will be. I am especially surprised about the size as the dimensions and weight are closer to the TP2 and the Imagio which is one of the reasons I hadn't even gone to a store to check one out yet. I agree the inability to install to the SD probably isn't a big deal for the majority of users, I never bothered to do it.
