Hey yall, hopefully a easy question....

headphones no longer work when plugged in. When I plug in I get a little headphone icon at the top and sound comes in for about a second then the icon disapears and sound then comes out of the speakerphone side. what gives? did I do something wrong, or didnt do something I should have?
