I'm hoping 23506 is a little better than the 23504 I'm running right now:

1) Lockscreen is screwed - display corruption (I know I saw a fix somewhere, but can't remember right now). Have to use it, Exchange enforced.
2) Display settings are wonky (no sleep, and cooking in NueCPL/Battery results in not being able to set the timeout/sleep options at all). I'll probably leave it out and use a CAB next time.
3) Manila 2.1 using HTC Messaging from 2.5.x.1920 - click the "Drafts" folder, you get the "about" page, click the "about" option, nothing happens. So now I have drafts I can't delete at all, with a popup about them every time I send a SMS message.
